We offer a refund less any shipping costs as long as the item is returned in good condition. A credit will be issued to the credit card account with which the item was purchased.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective item, please return it within 30 days from the purchase date with a copy of the receipt to the address listed above. We will gladly replace the item or, if that is not possible, we will credit you the full amount including shipping cost.
